END OF SUMMER COOKOUT

Summer’s almost gone, so let’s send it off right — together. We’re closing out our summer series with a family cook-out at the Kannels’, and it’s the kind of low-key, come-as-you-are afternoon that’s perfect for wrapping up the season.
There’s a big yard to run around in, a swing set, and water play to help everyone cool off — so plan for the kids (and honestly, probably you too) to get a little wet. Food’s provided, but if you’d like to bring a side, a dessert, or a lawn chair, that’s always welcome. Mostly, just bring your family and plan to stay a while.
This one’s for everyone — whether you’ve been part of Lakewood Vineyard for years or you’re still figuring out if this is home. No sign-up sheets, no pressure, just a good afternoon outside with people from church.

SUMMER CIRCLES
Summer Circles are small, simple groups built around something you’d be doing anyway. Walks. Coffee. Pickleball. Bonfires. Book club. Beach days. Pizza nights. Whatever. The idea is dead simple — gather a few people, do the thing, and let friendships grow in the middle of it.
Two — our regular community groups are pausing for the summer so we can all lean in together. So if you’re in a group, this is the thing for the summer
We’re building an events team
Making Mother’s Day special, Easter celebrations, Father’s Day gifts, after-church parties, Team nights — these moments don’t happen by accident. We’re looking for people who love planning a great gathering or sweating the details so everyone else can just show up and enjoy it.

Connect into Community at Lakewood Vineyard
We believe that life is done better together and Community Groups are a great place to connect with others to grow in your relationship with God through conversation, scripture, investing in authentic relationships, and caring for each other through prayer.
Groups meet twice per month on different nights of the week.
We love kids and families!
During our Sunday gatherings, we offer safe, fun, and caring environments for infants through 5th grade.
We want to partner with families to lead kids towards experiencing God’s love and learn what it looks like to follow Jesus. We want our kids to look forward to Sundays.
Hey there middle & high schoolers
During our Sunday gatherings, you are invited to join us for the service as we gather, worship, learn and pray together. Interested in serving? You can also Join a Team!
On FOURTH SUNDAYS students are dismissed after the music portion of the service to head to the Vineyard Office across the street for their own LV Students time.
Monthly we also hold a Students Hangout night. You won’t want to miss it!
